shelves on October 10th, A Litany of Failures returns with its fifth volume on October 10th, 2025, released on double vinyl. The 21-track compilation highlights Ireland’s thriving independent scene with exclusive tracks, debut releases, and contributions from both newcomers and established acts. 
This edition spans the island’s creativity, from leading voices like RÓIS, Elaine Malone, and Landless to rising acts including I Dreamed I Dream and Ana Palindrome. Contributions range from Cork’s Crying Loser and pôt-pot to Limerick’s licehead, Eros Blindfold, and The PVP, alongside debut releases by Old Sport and collaborations from Carl Eccles and Noble Beast.
