Radio Starr – Returns & Refunds Policy


Physical Products (vinyl, merch, prints, etc.)

You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at info@radiostarr.co.uk with your order number.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once we receive the returned item.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.


Event Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid or you can request a refund.


Digital Products (if applicable)

Downloads, gift cards, or other digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
