Radio Starr – Returns & Refunds Policy
Physical Products (vinyl, merch, prints, etc.)
• You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To start a return, email us at info@radiostarr.co.uk with your order number.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once we receive the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.
Event Tickets
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
• If an event is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid or you can request a refund.
Digital Products (if applicable)
• Downloads, gift cards, or other digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
