Radio Starr – Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
Radio Starr is an independent record store and cultural platform based in Belfast. Our online shop sells vinyl, merchandise, prints, and event tickets.
2. Ordering & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout through our approved providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt.
3. Shipping
• We aim to dispatch physical orders within 3–5 working days.
• Shipping costs and times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items (see our [Returns & Refunds Policy]).
• Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost.
• Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
5. Digital Products & Tickets
• Digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.
• Tickets are valid only for the date(s) shown and cannot be resold for profit.
6. Use of Our Website
• Content on this website (logos, text, images) is owned by Radio Starr and may not be used without permission.
• You agree not to misuse our website (e.g. by attempting fraud, hacking, or unlawful activity).
